Blythe Colours was a colour manufacturer established around 1870 in Cresswell, Staffordshire. It became part of the Johnson Matthey group in 1963 and the site eventually closed in 2015. Some archive material from Cresswell was then transferred to Cheadle Discovery Group for safe keeping.
